HRC Building Group are seeking self-motivated 2nd, 3rd & 4th year Carpenters who are willing to work on all aspects of Carpentry and are eager to develop personally and within the industry

We are a young and modern company who prides on detail, communication and comfortability within our team so we are able to provide a second-to-none service to our clients across Victoria.

Most of our work is in the residential sector completing residential builds and multi-unit sites, however we also provide services for renovation projects, decks, pergolas and more. 

Our work is based in and around the Western Suburbs area however we do also have projects in Regional VIC (Ballarat) and Northern Suburbs 

We are seeking candidates with a genuine interest in the trade and a desire to develop and grow within our team

Working under the guidance of a highly experienced Carpenter, you will gain extensive training, mentoring and experience.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• White Card
• Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle or reliable transport - essential
• Able to follow instructions
• Basic hand tools & tool belt
• Completed a pre apprenticeship or has relevant work experience is desirable
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with capability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites within regional and metro VIC
• Knowledge of safety requirements on construction sites
• Commitment to high quality workmanship, practices and procedures
• Well developed oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work outside in a range of weather condition
• Excellent personal presentation

Remuneration dependant on current skills and previous experience

Working in a team who will offer support throughout your apprenticeship whist attaining a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry)

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights
